Kenneth Barbalace is a firm believer in one's right to privacy and believes one should be able to surf the web anonymously and have an e-mail box that is spam free. As such this site does not collect any individually identifiable information and this site and its owner DO NOT make use of or generate e-mail lists. All e-mail addresses received via normal correspondence are kept in the strictest of confidence and are only used to reply to queries or comments submitted. All prudent best practices are used to ensure there is never an accidental release of any e-mail addresses. This includes physical security and software configurations.

Like most web sites, this site generates standard web server log files. Information collected in these log files is only used to analyze general trends, administer the site, and for troubleshooting. Access to these logs is limited to only those individuals who need access to them to perform these tasks. No effort is ever made to correlate these logs back to individually identifiable information (e.g. e-mails we receive), in addition raw logs are not shared with any third party. In addition cookies are not used in the implementation of this site.

The only exceptions to the policies stated above are if this site is ordered to provide information as the result of a legally binding court order or to facilitate the investigation of a crime committed against this site (e.g. having been hacked into).

This site is in compliance with Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA) as it pertains to children 13 years of age and younger in that our target audiance is not children. In addition, we do not require the disclosure of personally identifiable information and only uses e-mail addresses collected via e-mail we receive to respond to one-time requests.
